Privacy policy

George Gmail is a private assistant used only by Laurel Chew on her own Google account. Nobody else signs in to it.
What Google data it accesses
With Laurel's permission, it accesses her own Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets and Contacts. It uses this data only to help Laurel with her own work: sorting her email, drafting replies for her approval, and answering her questions.
Where the data goes
- It runs on Laurel's own computer, and its sign-in tokens are stored there.
- To read and draft emails, the relevant text is sent to the AI services the assistant runs on (Anthropic and OpenAI), only to produce a response for Laurel.
- Google user data is not sold, not used for advertising, and not shared with anyone else.
- Use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Control
Laurel can revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
